RFP - Traffic Signal and Street Light Maintenance
Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, parts and materials necessary to perform maintenance, and repair services for all electrically operated traffic signals and streetlights within the City limits on a monthly, semi-monthly, and annual schedule. The term of the contract shall be for three years, with an option to extend up to two additional years (or five total years). A detailed Scope of Work is included in the Bid Documents as Part 2. The selected contractor shall have a minimum of five years of demonstrated experience maintaining, servicing, and repairing traffic signals and streetlights for no less than five state or local government agencies. Contractor shall at all times maintain a force of trained, qualified traffic signal and streetlight maintenance employees sufficient to perform the work required and as described herein. The force of qualified employees shall be sufficient to respond to emergency calls and to promptly make temporary and permanent repairs as needed.
